The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and oversee our strategic partnerships and alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, fostering strong relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through collaborative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring effective communication, joint planning, and successful co-selling and co-marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership activities and maximize the value delivered to customers
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and direction to the partnership team, including setting goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Represent the company and serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities and adjust the partnership strategy accordingly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to measure and optimize partnership initiatives
- Familiarity with the industry landscape and a deep understanding of the competitive environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
