Ayming, the global frontrunner in government funding solutions, is on the lookout for our next Inside Sales Manager. Joining as an ISM at Ayming means stepping into the realm of government funding with a chance to grasp the intricacies of the business from its core. Through comprehensive training, active prospecting, and close collaboration with our sales leaders, you’ll immerse yourself in our service offerings for tax incentives and grants, gradually mastering them. As you progress, you’ll take on client presentations and deal closures, working with our Sales Directors every step of the way.

Your Job:
- Prospecting and cold calling target clients
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual applicable KPIs
- Document all activities in CRM
- Book and schedule prospect meetings
- Assist in preparation for prospect meetings
- Create new business through organized lead qualification and prospecting to increase Ayming’s market penetration.
- Identify and qualify prospects, create call plans and track progress in Salesforce.
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls (cold and warm calling), schedule and hold sales appointments, obtain needed information to generate presentations and create value centric sales pitches.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree (preferred)
- 1 year of professional sales experience preferred (Tax related industry experience not required)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ calls per day
- Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
