Ayming USA is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role is instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive growth and enhance brand presence. As Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Director and the sales and marketing team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, target sector-specific opportunities, and generate qualified leads. You will lead a team focused on comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid search, account-based marketing, and data analysis to support ROI and success metrics.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with Ayming’s growth goals. Work with the Sales Director to establish a clear go-to-market plan and define target sectors.
- Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Execute targeted lead generation strategies, leveraging paid and organic channels, and work closely with the sales team to drive sales-qualified leads.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, paid search, email marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
- Campaign & Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance against the budget, including ROI, to inform strategic decisions and refine marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Budget Oversight: Manage a marketing team and budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and optimally to achieve targets.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with demonstrable leadership in B2B settings.
Skills & Tools:
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO and paid search strategies.
- Strong proficiency in aligning marketing with sales goals, particularly in go-to-market planning.
- Experience with email campaign management, lead nurturing and account-based marketing,
- Analytical acumen to interpret data, assess ROI, and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
- Previous experience working with CRMs is essential. At Ayming we work with SalesForce.
