- High efficiency heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Insulation
- Lighting
- Cooling or refrigeration units
- Doors & windows
- Electric, solar or gravity pumps for sprinkler pivots
- Switching from a diesel to electric irrigation motor
- Replacement of energy-inefficient equipment
